
To create and store cacao butter silk (used in the tempering process), we use glass jars that have a steel clasp and rubber gasket. A 100% titanium cutting board is used as well.



We use 100% aluminum sheets, all steel pots, and a steel microplane with a small rubber foot at the end.

While many others use polycarbonate (plastic) molds, we use 100% silicone molds.
